2-HOTT Basic Class**
Please provide name and lodge information as shown on moose card, email, and phone number when contacting the trainer for the session your are registering for.
**As of 5/15/24, MI does require members to take Basic 2-HOTT prior to Administrator school HOWEVER, we will allow them to take Admin School first as long as they are signed up for a Basic 2-HOTT class that will be within a week of their Admin School class. That being said, if there is an extenuating circumstance we would be willing take things on a case by case basis. To get the waiver the member must talk with MI at moosetraining@mooseintl.org, with their Territory Manager on the a CC email line.
VMA will be hosting a Basic 2-HOTT training session on Saturday, June 21st at Warrenton Moose Lodge 1695.
This is a one-day class and is open to all members. The class is from 8:00 am to 12:00pm. Class size is limited to 15 members, minimum 5 participants.

Class fee: $40.00 Make check payable to VMA and paid the day of class (each person must have their own laptop, mouse, & amp; power cord).
Virginia WOTM 6:00 Hour Training Sessions

Vinton Chapter 2466 will host a one-day, six-hour WOTM Training Class on June 8, 2025. This class is open to all members.
The class will be held from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and registration will start at 9:30 am.

Officers/treasurers, please bring the following materials: Officers/Treasurer Handbooks, General Laws,
WOTM Procedure & Agenda Book, and Secretary's, please bring your minutes book.
The Class fee is $10.00, payable on the day of the class. Checks should be made payable to Vinton Chapter 2466.
Lunch: Participants should bring cash to pay for lunch up to $5.00
Wytheville Chapter 2345 will host a one-day, six-hour WOTM Training Class on August 7, 2025. This class is open to all members.
The class will be held from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and registration will start at 9:30 am.

This is a one-day class and is open to all members.
The class will be from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. Class has no maximum.

This is a one-day class and is open to all members.
The class will be from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Class has minimum of 5, maximum 20.

Moose Legion Educational Conference
Please provide name and lodge information as shown on moose card, email, and phone number when contacting the trainer for the session your are registering for.
The Moose Legion Education Conference is required for all Moose Legion members who want to become Directors of their Moose Legion. However, it is not just for Directors. Anyone interested in learning how their Moose Legion is organized and operates is welcome to attend.
OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE:
• Describe how you can support the Mission of the Moose Legion
• Explain the duties of the Directors
• Understand the Support Structure of the Moose Legion
• Identify and use Resources
The MLEC will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at the Lynchburg So. MFC#1727. Check-in will start at 8:30 am, with class beginning at 9:00 am. To attend this class, you must register by Mayl 16, 2025.

Financial Review Committee Training
Improve your lodge's financial review committee (FRC) and ensure they are reviewing all the proper information to help keep your lodge on track by reviewing the online FRC training that was held virtually on September 28th at 6 PM (EST). This session was hosted by WVMA Territory Manager Adam East.
