2-HOTT Basic Class**

**As of 5/15/24, MI does require members to take Basic 2-HOTT prior to Administrator school HOWEVER, we will allow them to take Admin School first as long as they are signed up for a Basic 2-HOTT class that will be within a week of their Admin School class. That being said, if there is an extenuating circumstance we would be willing take things on a case by case basis. To get the waiver the member must talk with MI at moosetraining@mooseintl.org, with their Territory Manager on the a CC email line.
Virginia WOTM TREASURER Training Session
(will count as a 2-HOTT class)

This will be a live training class, so please read below on what is needed and who can attend.
1} Open to Current Treasures and one other person with them.
***Do not enter anything for the month of February into QB or LCL, unless it is necessary. (like a check needs to be sent out before the weekend of the 20th). You may deposit your money in the bank, but do not enter the receipt until training.
Treasurer’s handbook
Laptop Computer
Printer (if you want to print your checks) or you can wait to print when you get back
Receipt Book & deposit slips (if any)
Checks if you are going to print or write the check
Applications (if any)
I would like you to have at least 4 or 5 receipts (one of which is an endowment) and 4 or 5 checks (one of which is an endowment).
2} Open to at least 6 or 7 others that are not Treasurers or coming with the current Treasurer.
***You will need to bring a Laptop computer. I will load a program on the computer and remove it when the class is over.
