LODGING RATE: See below. Any reservations made after January 6, 2026 will not be eligible for the Moose rate and we cannot switch any reservations over to achieve that rate.
DEPOSIT POLICY: You must pay for a one-night deposit at the time of reservation. The deposit is refundable if canceled at least 14 days before arrival. You will forfeit the first night's deposit if canceled less than 14 days before arrival. (The Association is not responsible, nor can we assist in regaining deposits in the event you do not cancel in time)
CHECK-IN POLICY: Check-in time for all hotels is 4:00 pm
Please-DO NOT call before noon. Any reservations made prior to opening date and time will be charged the current hotel rate, and NOT Moose rate, and it cannot be adjusted.
